Ruth Marie M’Nelis Recent Bride Of Ronald KirkpatrickRuth Marie McNeils, 505 W, 14th st., step-daughter and daughter of M/Sgt. and Mrs. Robert M. Keith, Washington, D.C, and Ronald Eugene Kirkpatrick, son of Mr. and Mrs. George D, Kirkpatrick, 239E. 11thst„were united in marriage on April18 in an early evening ceremony at the First Evangelical United Brethren hurch,The Rev. J, Byron Bishop, pastor of the church, conducted a double-ring ceremony, The bride was given in marriage by her grandfather, JamesC,War-render.The new Mrs. Kirkpatrick wore a white peau de soie gownwith scalloped neckline, long tapered sleeves and a small train, Her flowers were a cascade of white carnations.Mrs. Gene Jones, Tyrone RD1, a cousin of the bride, was matron of honor, She wore a pale pink brocade taffeta gown and carried a colonial bouquet of deep pink carnations, Bridesmaids were Mrs. John Nier, Roaring Spring, sister of the bride, and Miss Gloria Ap-derson. They were attired in mint green brocade taffeta gowns and carried pink colonial bouquets of carnations,The flower girl, Miss Kris Ann Eschbach, 1700 Adams ave,, a cousin of the bride, wore white peau de soie with tulle overskirt. Her colonial bouquet included carnations and rosebuds.Gene Jones, Tyrone RD, was best man. Ushers were Charles Kirkpatrick, 1314 Washington ave„ and Robert Kirkpatrick,U.S. Marine Corps, cousins ofMr, and Mrs. Kirkpatrickthe bridegroom. Harry M. Ly-kens, organist, played traditional wedding music including “Because” and “The Lord's Prayer” sung by George A. Eschbach, an uncle of the bride. A reception followed the ceremony in the soical hall of the Church, Following a wedding trip in Virginia, the couple willbe at home at Spruce Creek.
