A. D„ 1949. in the matter of the estate of L. Homer Jackson, deceased, the undersigned as the administratrix of said deceased, will, on or after Saturday, the 30th day of April, A. D., 1949, and within six months from said last mentioned date, sell at private sale to the highest and best bidder therefor, all the right, title, interest and estate of said L. Homer Jackson at the time of his death, and all the right, title ant!
