Salem Methodist Church Scene Of WeddingSalem Methodist church was the scene of the marriage of Miss Margaret Enola Beasley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. “Ted” Beasley, of Elkmont Rt. two, and Addric “Buddy’” Todd, Jr., of Lester route one, on Friday night, April 22. Rev. A. J. Hunt, pastor, officiated in the presence of members of the two families and a few friends.Ferns and arrangements of dogwood blossoms were used for decoration.The young bride was lovely in a costume of white wool, complemented with Navy accessories and a corsage of pink rose buds. She is a graduate of West Limestone High School and was bookkeeper for W. H. Beasley Gin. later being employed by J. B. Hill and Son, Jewelers.Her maid of honor was Miss Dean Beasley, cousin, who wore a soft printed silk number with pink carnations fashioningher corsage. Her accessorieswere of Navy blue.Bill Todd, of Huntsville, served his brother as best man.The groom attended Huntsville schools, West Limestone, Universitv of Alabama, and is•rnow a student at Athens College.They are now at home on Houston Street.
