Miss Arner To Marry In July 17 CeremonyAnnouncement has been made of the forthcoming marriage of Miss Lysbeth Jean Arner, daughter of Mrs. William F. Witherow, 450 Louisiana avenue, Chester, and the late George Arner, Jr., to C, Robert Barnett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence L. Barnett of Columbus, former residents of Fol-ansbee.Miss Arner is a 1961 graduate :f Chester High School. She at-ended Duke Universty at Durham, N.C., for two years and vas a member of Alpha Chi Gmega sorority. At present she s attending Ohio State University, from where she will gra-luate in June.Mr. Barnett was graduated rom Wells Xgh School in 1961 and spent one year at West Liberty State College. He was graduated in January from Marshall University, Huntington, where he is affiliated with Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He is employed as a representative of the Samuel T.
