The room was beautifully decorated in yellow, green and white the bride’s chosen colors and a large heart shaped wedding cake, baked by Mrs, Ed Rolling, served as a centerpiece at the table. Waitresses were Josephine Boudreau, Charlotte Nemmers, Esther Fisch, Catherine Thilges, Elizabeth Nemmers, Rosemary Poeckes, and Agnes Brennan, while Louise Wiltgen served as dining room hostess. Dinner in the evening at 6:00 was also served at the Ruppert home.In the evening a wedding dance at the Oyens hall was attended by around 200 couple.The married pair, who received many lovely gifts, will take a wedding trip through the BlackHills and after May 15th willmake their home in Oyens.9 *Guests at the wedding included Msgr.
