Richmond, a former resident of Cohoes but for years a Government official at Washington, and Mrs. Flora B. Desmarais, of No. 14 White street, were united in the silken bonds of marriage. Mr. Richmond is a lawyer and is ‘em ployed'in the mint at cue National cap ital and “has met” with deserred success in life. Four year$ ago his wife died. ‘She was a daughter of the late Andrew, Ballard, superintendent ‘of the Ogden mills Mrs. Desmarais was formerly Miss. Flows. B.
