Marty Robbins Brittain.Parents of the couple arc Diane llruce, Don Malcom and June Brittain, al! of Gienwood, and Dean Brittain of Omaha.The bride wore her mother's wedding dress which was a floor-length lace and tulle. The fitted sculptured bodice was finished with a scalloped neckline and highlighted in front with sequins and pearls. The full skirl was of illusion trimmed lace front and a ruffled back fallinginto a sweep train. A pearl- trimmed crown held a tiered illusion veil in place.The best man was Pvt. Eldon Prax, and Steve Pavelka was groomsman. The maid of honor. Debbie Wasko, and bridesmaid, Wendy Lundy, wore identical Victorian style tea-lcngth dresses, with ivory lace over apricot taffeta, tied at the waist with an apricot satin ribbon.Organist Ardith Dusenberry accompanied vocalists Bonnie and Michael Bruce. Renee Boldra was flower girl and Andy Boldra was ring bearer. Candlelighters were Dave and Steve Malcom, ushers were ChrisWolfe and Pvt, Jackie Wilson.Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the church basement. Terri Boldra and Daria Stanek served the three-tiered wedding cake. Penny Malcom served the groom’s cake and Michelle Brittain and Laura Jones poured coffee and punch.
