A JUNE WEDDING is be-ing planned by Miss Sandra Sue ('arte and Sante Emanuel Boninsegna of Pineville, son of Mr. and Mrs. Miliano Boninsegna of Cleveland, Ohio. Their engagement has been announced by her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Harold II.Carte of Itmann.Miss Carte is a graduate of Mullens High School and attended Concord College, Athens, and Marshall University, Huntington. She was employed as Acting Postmaster in Itmann for three years until she resigned in 1963.Boninsegna is an alumnus of Mullens High School and received a bachelor of science degree in education from Concord College and his master of science and physical degree from West Virginia University, Morgantown. He is a member of Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity. He is presently employed by the Wyoming County Board of Education as teacher and coach at Pineville High School.
