The Rev, Dwight Moody Bahr performed the 7 p. m, candlelight ceremony before baskets of snapdragons and fern.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of white brocaded satin with skirt and train of net over .satin. The fitted bodice had a scalloped peplum and long sleevs. A full length veil of embroidered net fell from a beaded tiara. She carried white roses. Miss Isabelle Carpenter as maid of honor wore a white gown designed with a bodice of corded satin and a skirt of net over satin.The Misses Margaret McLellon, Mildred Joy, and Florence Bralick were bridesmaids. Their gowns were similar to that worn by the maid of honor. The bouquets they carried were made of red roses, Mr. Carlson chose Rollo Carlson as his best man. Ushers were Warren Stoll, Merle Carpenter, and Donald KarL Mrs. Dahlgren. attended daughter's wedding gowned black crepe, with white lace sleeves. Mrs. Carlson wore a dress of black and white crepe. Both had white accessories and corsages of white carnations.Following a reception at the Knights of Pythias ball, the young couple left on a honeymoon to Baltimore, Md.Both Mr. and Mrs. Carlson attended Waukesha high school. She has been employed at the Hughes dress shop here and he is a merchant seaman.hermcap17nrr
