Ati a session of the Probate court for said county, held at the Probate oil leu in said county, on Monday, bho ifljrd day of March, in Iho year wf our Lord one thousand nine hundred and throe. Present, John A. Lomngor, Judge of Probate. In the matter ot! the estate of Katharine Bassett, u mentally incompetent person.Frank Wolton, guardian of .said estate, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his annual account an such guardian.Thereupon it h ordered, that Friday, the ITlh day of April next- at. ten t/ehmk in tho forenoon, be assigned for the examining and allowing such account, uud that the said Katharine . Bassett and all other persons interested in said estate, arc required to appear at u session of said court, then to be holden at Mm Probate oitteu in t he city of Traverse City, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account, should not bot allowed.
