Kramer* Whitaere.The wedding of Rev. Oscar C. Kramer and Miss Elvina Whitaere took place yesterday afternoon at the home of the bride’s sister, Mrs. Ault, in Liberty street. The marriage ceremony was pronounced by Rev. Mr, Boyle, in the presence of relatives and friends, after which an elegant wedding feast was served. Gifts and happy congratulations were heartily given by friends present and sent by others. Miss Whitaere being a child of Salem, is well known and popular among her many friends here. For a number of years she has been identified with the Presbyterian church, and was faithful as a member of the Christian Endeavor society and as teacher in the Sunday school. Rev. Mr. Kramer was born and raised in Tiffin, 0., is a graduate of Heidelberg university, class ot ’92, and of Wittenberg theological seminary, Spi ingfield, 0., class of '95. He is now located- at Pervysville, Ashland county, having been called to the pastorate of the Lutheran church of that place *one year ago. Our best] wishes and sincere prayers tollow this young couple, hoping they may find pleasure in their life's work by seeing it prosper through tbeir efforts.
