He was awarded a citation of achievement certificate from the Texas State Board in recognition for his service as a licensed pharmacist. He belongs to several pharmaceutical associations.Carmen Trevino is a graduate of Port Arthur College and was a homemaker. She was also an employee of Texaco with 15 years of service.Maj. M. Carlos Trevino of Wurzburg, Germany is their son.They have four grandchildren.
