JUNE W EDDING — Mr. andMrs. Jay W .Kittei man of Jonesboro,A rk.,announce the engagement of their daughter, Betty, to Lowell D. Philp, son of Mrs. Itagna Philp of Shevlin and the late Gennc Philp. The wedding is planned at the First Baptist Church at Jonesboro June 12. Miss Kitterman, a graduate of Jonesboro High School, is a senior at Arkansas State University, where she isamember of S.N.E.A. and will receive her B.S.E. degree in elementary education in May.Mr.Philp, graduate of Bagley High School in 1965, is presently stationed at Blytheville Air Force Base and plans to attend Arkansas State University after his discharge in June.
