IOUIS CONNER, JR.(Mary Jane Studio)Mr. and Mrs, Erirmn Strattonof Oak Lawn, lit., former Ina residents, are announcing the marriage of their daughter, Miss Imogen e Stratton, and Louis Conner, Jr., which took place at 6:30 p. m. Saturday, April 9.The single ring ceremony was read at Benton with Justice of tbe Peace'Charles BlockJey officiating. A reception was held afterward at. the home of the bridegroom’s grandmother, Mrs. Eliza Easley in Renton.For the ceremony the bride wore a daytime frock of beige and brown linen and a corsage of yellow roses. Her matron of honor, Mrs. Wayne Stocks, thebridegroom’s sister, selected a frock of royal blue taffeta. Her flowers were white carnations.The bridegroom, son of Mrs. Helen Conner of Benton and Louis Conner of Mt, Vernon, had the brother of the bride, Erman YV. Stratton, Oak Lawn, as his best mart.Mrs. Itanson Carney and Mrs. Erman W, Stratton served the guests who attended the reception. The bride’s mother chose a frock of white nylon and blue linen and the bridegroom's mother wore a rose crepe frock.The newly married couple will live in Oak Lawn.
