NEUBAUER/MONSEYLaurie Neubauer and Richard Monsey plan to be married April 20 at the Alaskaland Chapel.Neubauer is the daughter of Annie and John Neubauer and a1980 graduate of Lathrop High School. She is currently studying accounting. Monsey, the son of Pattie and Don Runnion of Fairbanks, graduated from LathropHigh in 1978. He is employed at Gene’s Auto.Mike Henerson will perform the ceremony and a reception will follow at the Curling Club.Chris Neubauer will be the maid of honor and Brian Finne-seth will be the best man.The couple will live in Fairbanks.
