Wayland Bonbright Jr. of Ross. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Otto A. Hendrian of Glen Ridge, N.J. and the late Mr. Hendrian. Plans have been made for an early summer wedding.Miss Bonbright. a member ofNew York Junior League, is an alumna of the Ethel Walker School, Simsbury, Conn. and Bradford (Mass) Junior College, Class of ’49. She is a hereditary member of the National Society of Magna Charta Dames. She is with the Metropolitan Opera Guild Inc. 'The bride-elect is a granddaughter of Mrs. Irving W. Bonbright of Englewood, andthe late Mr. Bonbright, w'ho was president and chairman of Bonbright and Co. Inc., investment bankers; the late Dr.Birge Chamberlain of Englewood, general secretary of the John Milton Society for the Blind and recording secretary of the American BibleSociety, and the late Mrs.Chamberlain.The future benedict was graduated in 1950 from Yale and is a member of the Yale Club of New York and the University Glee Club. During World War II he served with the Navy V-5 program.
