HUTCHENS SENT ON.Hr Waives a Preliminary Examination In the Magistrates’ Court.There was a large crowd present at the county jail yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock to hear the preliminary trial of Mr. James C. Hutchens, who shot ana killed Mr, Robert J. Shaw last Sunday afternoon.Those in attendance were doomed to disappointment, us Capt. Charles T.
