Suing John C. Baty for divorce Mrs. Edith Baty alleges failure to provide, although the husband, ahe declares, is worth at least $10,000. The pair, according to the complaint, which was filed by Guthrie Myere, alleges the pair married, in Missouri during the year 1900 and that there is a four-year-old child, the result of the union. Plaintiff asks the court to award her one-ha|f the property, $600 for counsel fees and $75 per month alimony. Recently an action was started in the probate court by the defendant in the case accusing plaintiff and William., Baty, defendant’s brother, with an offense against the law. The case isponding.
