Joseph Frank Stegner Marries Patricia Lemon in Ohio ChurchSt. Thomas Aquinas Church in Toledo, Ohio, was the setting Saturday for the marriage of Joseph Frank Stegner, son of Mrs. Frank Stegner of 5537 Middle Road, and Patricia Anne Lemon. The bnde is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Honnald Lemon of Oregon. Ohio, who gave the reception afterward at Inverness Country Club.The bride, a member of Alpha Delta Pi. is an alumna of Ohio Wesleyan University.Her husband is a gradaute of the University of Wisconsin and an inspector for the Food and Drug Department, stationed in Cincinnati, where the couple will reside.
