Her fiance is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold E. Nelson of Evanston, 111., formerly of 418 Wickham Blvd., Racine.The wedding is being planned for May 20 at the Timothy Dwight Chapel at Yale University where both are doctoral candidates of graduate school.Miss Condo, a graduate of Bryn Mawr College, was a Swen College Conference West Coast Scholar. Her fiance received his B A. de gree from Wabash College,Crawfordsville, Ind., where he was a Wabash Scholar.
