Bishop David Quarnberg offici ated. The bride is the daughter of Barbara Taliaferro Miller of White Post. The bridegroom is the son of Vicky Bray of Berryville. Jody Heaps was pianist. The bride, escorted by her brother, David C. Miller of Balti more, Md., and her brother-in-law, Tarso P. Werland of Harpers Fer ry, W.Va., wore a formal-length white gown that featured a por trait neckline bodice and sleeves embellished with Alencon lace. Tiny seed pearls adorned the lace with iridescent sequins scattered throughout. The cathedral-length train draped from a gown fitted with a Basque waist line and adorned with rosettes at center back. The veil was a finger tip length tuelle-band adorned with seed pearls and iridescent sequins. The flowers were white roses, white poms, white mums and blue delphiums. Tai Werlang and Linnea Miller were flower girls. Tarso P. Werlang of Harpers Ferry, was best man, Jake Werlang was ring bearer. A reception was held at Apple Pie Ridge, Winchester Chapel. Pre-nuptial entertainment in cluded a shower by Debbie Shake and Cindy Norton, a bridegroom’s party hosted by Mike Shake, and a rehearsal dinner at Pargo’s, hosted by Vicki Bray. The bride is a student at Lord Fairfax Community College and is employed by Sears. The bridegroom is a student at Shepherd College. The couple is living in Harpers Ferry, MR. and MRS. DANIEL C. BROY
