Kemp,McKinneysay vowsThe Tebbetts Methodist Church was the setting Saturday for the candlelight wedding of Miss Debra Lynn Kemp to Gerald Thomas McKinney III. The Rev. Arthur Davis officiated at the double ring ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell L. Kemp, Tebbetts. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald T. McKinney and Mrs. Carolyn S. McKinney, both of Jefferson City.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of satapeau and venise lace. The bodice was fashioned with a bib front formed of scalloped venise lace. Her mantilla veil was edged with scalloped lace.Matron of honor was Mrs. Diana Smart, Tebbetts, sister of the groom. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Brenda Essen, Mrs. Faye Zumwalt, both of Jefferson City, sisters of the bride. The attendants wore pastel sheer flocked gowns.Miss Gail McKinney, Jefferson City, sister of the groom, was the candlelighter. Flower girl was Becki Essen, Jefferson City. Robbie Zumwalt, Jefferson City, was the ring bearer.Greg McKinney, Jefferson City, served as his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Russell Glen Kemp and Greg Smart, both of Tebbetts. Ushers were William T. Essen and William J. Zumwalt, both of Jefferson City.Mrs. Debbie Hillen, Loose Creek, at-Mrs. Gerald T. McKinney III 1tended the guest book. Assisting at the gift table were Miss Carolyn Under- A wood, Miss Cindy Forbis and Miss San- ( dra Forbis.
