Plymire, pastor, performed the ceremony beforean altar decorated with vases; of white snapdragons.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs RaymondBeightol, Juda Parents ofthe bridegroom are Mr. andMrs. Bernard Johnson, South Wayne.Ciiven in marriage by her father, the bride was attired in a floor-lengih gown of organza and A 1 e n c o n iace,styled with long, princesslines, with an Alencon lace bodice with a scalloped sa-brina neckline and three-fourth length sleeves. The sheath skirt featured a detachable, lace-trimmed wat-teau train.A waterfall veil of imported nylon illusion was held by a pearl crown. She carried a cascade bouquet of w h i t e roses and ivy.“The Lord’s Prayer” and “Wedding Prayer” were sungby Mrs. Larry Sohroeder,Monroe, accompanied byMrs. Vernon Leopold, Monroe.A sister of the bride, Mrs.Charles Putnam, Dixon, 111.,was matron of honor, wearing a floor-length gown of blue crepe, enhanced by a white lace over blue bodice, with three-fourth length ruffled sleeves and a flowingback panel. Her crescent-shaped floral bouquet was of white daisy poms and pink roses. She wore a blue floral headpiece with a nose - tip length veil.Her bridesmaids were her sister. Miss Mildred Beightol, Juda; Miss Susan Johnson, South Wayne, sister of the bridegroom, and Mrs. Ronald Johnson, Darlington, sister-in-law of the bridegroom. Their gowns and head pieces were identical to those worn by the matron of honor and they carried bouquets of ^ white daisy poms and pink *roses. £Denise Putnam, Dixon, 111., * niece of the bride, served as cflower girl and was attired in I a dress identical to that of fthe bride and was made by her mother. Jon Johnson, South Wayne, brother of the bridegroom, was ring-bearer.Ronald Johnson, Darlington, served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were Charles Putnam. Dixon, brother-in-law of the bride; Roger Penniston, A r g y 1 e, and Gary Monson Gratiot, friends of the bridegroom.Ushering duties were performed by David Beightol. Juda, the bride's brother, and Gordon Johnson, Gratiot, a cousin of the bridegroom.The mother of the bride chose a white lace over blue dress with a matching coat and blue accessories for herdaughter’s wedding.bridegroom’s mother wore a dress of blue crepe with matching accessories. Both had corsages of pink roses.A reception was held in the j church parlors following the ceremony. The weddingcake, which was baked and decorated by Mrs. Elmer Schwartzlow, Monroe, w a s served by Mrs. Keith Pilz, Browntown, and Mrs. AdrianLoeffelholz, Madison.Mrs. Ralph Brunner, Monroe, was hostess. The groom's cake was served by Mrs. Jerry Rowe. Darlington. Miss Andrea Sonnen-burg Madison, served punchand Mrs. Ralph Wilhelmson,Argyle, served coffee. .Mrs. Dennis Swiggum, Mrs. Richard Yaun, Monroe, and Miss Sandra Steckler, Madison, served at the bride’s table. Assisting in the kitchen were members of the Naomi Circle of which the bride was a member.Mrs. Albert Pfeuti, Albany, attended the guest book. In charge of gifts were Mrs. Eugene Maurer, Miss Mary Lee Keegan, Monroe, and Mrs. John Mahlkueh, Juda. Parents of the bridegroomentertained the bridal party at a rehearsal supper Friday at Marco’s Supper Club.Out-of-town guests attended the wedding from Juda, Brodhead, Orfordville, Foot-ville, Janesville, Beloit. Argyle, South Wayne, Browntown, Gratiot, Rewey, Shulls-burg, Darlington, Verona, Madison. Unity. Belleville, Lodi, Albany, Mineral Point and Woodford, Vis.; Winnebago, Freeport and Rockford, 111.The parents of the bride will entertain at a wedding supper this evening at TheChalet, near Brodhead. A dance is to be held Sunday evening ai Turner Hall, Monroe.On their return from a wedding trip they will takeup residence at 4349 Britta Parkway, Madison.The new Mrs. Johnson is agraduate of Juda High School and has been employed as receptionist at the Monroe Clinic. Her husband was graduated from A r g y I e HighSchool and from the Peoria Barber College and is now proprietor of the BrookwoodBarber Shop, Madison.
