Miss Judy Engel,a friend of the bride, rendereda selection of traditional wed-the orean andding airs on tne organaccompanied Miss ConnieWamhoff who sang, “Theand “Walk» 9Lord’s Prayer Hand in Hand with Me.For her wedding, the bride wore a floor length silk organza over satin gown featuring a pleated skirt. The fitted bodice was fashioned with a scoop neckline, long tapered sleeves, and accented with a satin bow at the front waist line. Her silk illusion shoulder length veil was caught and secured by a jeweled crown. For jewelry the bride wore a pearl earring and necklace set which was a gift from the bridegroom She carried • white cascade of roses.Attending the bride were her sisters, Mrs. Richard Haas as matron of honor, Miss Barbara Barkman, bridesmaid, and Deana Barkman was junior bridesmaid. The matron of honor wore a gown of apricot silk organza over taffeta, matching shoes, a pearl and earring set whichwas a gift from the bride,and carried carnations Thebridesmaid w' o r e a gown styled like that of the matronof honor but in turquoise and the iunioi bridesmaid uoie awhite organdv dtess and a*hrouoiso sashJames Becker attended hisbrother as best man Groomsman was Delbert Pinter, and ushers were Clifford Bill andIJovd LawrenceAfter the ceremonv a reception was held in Van Orin school with 200 attending White chrysanthemums a ccented the base of the wedding cake while crystal can-delabras illumined it. Cutting cake was Mrs James Becker who was assisted by Mrs. Robert Edwards, Elgin.
