Hullock«9IcDowell«Dr. Thomas Bullock, of Louisville, and Miss Nettie McDowell, daughter of Maj. H. C. McDowell, formerly of this county, will be married at Ashland, thejbome of the bride’s parents, near Lexington, at 0 o’clock on Tuesday evening next, the 19th inst. The bride has many friends in this city and county, where she has frequently visited since the removal of the family to Lexington. The wedding is to be celebrated with great eclat, and will be a memorable event in the social history of the Blue-grass Capital.A special train of five coaches has been chartered by Major McDowell to convey the wedding guests from Louisville to Lexington, which will pass through this city about 7 o’clock Tuesday evening.
