Fisher will officiate the ceremony.The bride-elect is the daughter of Ms. Norma Gregory Carey of Paris and Mr. Robert E. McCann m of Overland Park, Kansas. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Robert F. Gregory of Little River Club, Arkansas and the late Mr. Robert F; Gregory and Mrs. Robert E. McCann, Jr. and the late Mr. Robert E. McCann, Jr; of Fort Smith, Arkansas. •Her fianc£ is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kelsey L. Moore of DeQueen, Arkansas; and the grandson of Mrs. Harley Andrew Moore, Sr. of Texarkana, Texas and the: late Mr. Harley Andrew Moore Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Thomas McGuyre of Foreman, Arkansas.
