Overcash And Quinn Couple WedMiss June Elaine Overcash and Donald Barry Quinn were married at 7 p.m. on March 23 in a single-ring ceremony ait Wesleyan Methodist church. The Rev. Paul Allred heard the exchange of vows and Mrs. Jean Bynum of Mt. Holly provided the organ music.The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. V. Overcash, 802 Bethpage Rd., was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white street-length dress, accented with lace, and carried a white orchid on a white Bible. Her veil of silk illusion was caught to a pearl-trimmed headpiece.Son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald E. Quinn of 1640 East Perry St., Gastonia the bridegroom was attended by two ushers, Gary Leather mom of McAden-ville and Jerry Sorrow of Kannapolis.Mrs. Overcash, mother of the bride, wore a white three-piece suit, trimmed in blue, with harmonizing accessories and. an orchid corsage.The mother of the bridegroom chose a three-piece mint green suit, accessories to match, and an orchid corsage.Fellowship HallAfter the wedding, a reception was given in the fellowship hall of the church by Mrs. Pat Arena. Assisting in serving were Mrs. Virgil Bruce and Mrs. Gordon Caldwell.Out-of-town guests attending were from Gastonia, Mt. Holly, McAdenville and Salisbury.The newlyweds left later for a trip to Myrtle Beach, S. C.She is a junior at A. L. Brown high school.
