Her fiance’s parents are State Senator and Mrs. Irwin Quinn, 2205 H street.Miniature boxes of rice with attached cards were favorsat each place at the luncheon given at Miss Lockhart’s homeSaturday to' disclose the betrothal news. The table wascentered with pink and white carnations and there wereblue iris in the living room.Miss Lockhart, who is teaching in San Francisco, is agraduate of the local high school and the California College of Arts and Crafts, and attended San Francisco State college.Quinn also attended schools here, served in the MarineCorps and received a bachelor of science degree from Santa Clara University.
