Laura Beyer Is Wed March 5 to John F. Kerr Jr.Dr. and Mrs. A. E. Beyer this week announced the marriage of their daughter, Laura, to John F. Kerr Jr. of Galena, HI.The marriage took place in the Methodist parsonage at Iowa City, where both the bride and bridegroom are attending the university,, on March 5.The bride wore a powder blue 1 silk apaca dress with parisand accessories. Her corsage was of roses and freesia.! Attending the couple were Miss I Dorothy Gough of Coralville and I Herman Amelon of Iowa Cigg.Mr. Kerr is the son of 2111(1 %lrs. John F. Kerr of Galena!6 He attended Beloit , college, Beloit,| Wis., before going to the stateuniversity.Mrs. Kerr attended Grinnell college before going to Iowa. She is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha so-I rority, Pi Epsilon Pi auxiliary, the j University Y. W. C. A., the University Chorus, and is a Hawkeye beauty candidate.Mr. and Mrs. Kerr will maketheir home in Iowa City.
