just recently made ready. Mrs. Anson Scott has grown up in our midst, her own charming personality making a warm place for her in the hearts of her friends who believe no good fortune good enough. She is a graduate of our schools here, of the Davenport High School and took a teachers course at Cedar Falls, and has been a most efficient and well liked teacher in our schools. Anson is also a graduate from our schools and from Davenport, and is familiarly known as “Scotty/' the pitcher, and was Arne ball-player. This young couple is especially popular and the good wishes of their many friends must bring them good fortune for the future.The P. B.
