The sad news rea :bed us Mr nday of the sudden and unexpected death of Miss Anna Reihm, of Lake Odessa,Mich., who departed this life, Friday, Apiil lt;cb, of measles. Our readeis will remember her as a sister of Mrs. Andrew Dirr, formerly of this place. She spent a great part of her time with Mrs. Dirr until the fall of '98 when they moved to Michigan, redding on a farm near Lake Odessa She died at the home of her parents and several members of the family are suffetiog from the same disease. It ir a sad blow for the friends of Mr. Raim. She was about 215 years old and exptc'ed to be married in a short time to Wm. Raim, formerly of tbis place.School in Dist No. 9 is again in progress with Aiva H McQaistion as instructor.Wm. Moolz. of Toledo, was here onbusiness several days.CldeGug. onr young agent, aDd Miss Hattie Myrice were matried st the home of the groom s parents at Celina recently. They expect tj make this place their future borne.
