WIGGINS—MI l'CHELL.John H. Wiggins of Fayette Springs and Miss Anna Belle Mitchell, daughter of Josiah Mitchell, deceased, of Stewart township were united in marriage at the home of the brido’s sister in Vanderbilt,, Saturday, March 30, 1895, by Rev. E. B. Johnson of the C. P. church. The bride is a very estimable lady and the groom is one of Fayette county’s successful teachers, having taught the last winter in the Owensdale school in Upper Tyrone township. He is a son of H. H. Wiggins, proprietor of the Wiggins summer resort near Fayette Springs. The young couple went to the borne of the groom’s parents yesterday and were given a rousing reception in the evening by the young folksof the neighborhood.These present were as follows: The Misses Sarah and Nellie Jackson, Nora and Nellie Dean, and Lula Holland and Messrs. D. C. Rankin and family, John Manhart, Robert Lambert, Joseph and George Jackson, Thomas Goodwin, James Groover, Win. Hilling, Fuller Banners, John Burrie, Win. Davis, Win, Hollandand also Mrs. Conrad Manhart. An elegant luncheon was served at 10 o’clock.The young couple will make their hoino with the groom’s grandfather, Harrison Wiggins, who also resides near FayetteSprings.
