Mr. and Mrs. Cyril L. Wiest of Greeley have announced the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sheila, to Daniel Rasmussen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Judd Rasmussen of Quasqueton. The bride-elect is a senior in elementary education at Iowa State university, Ames, and is student teaching in Des Moines. Her fiance is a senior at Iowa State university majoring in agronomy. A summer wedding is being planned.
