Crawford-Frimel Rites Performed In ClevelandIrene Frimel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Frimel of 2105 W. 30th St., Cleveland. Ohio, formerly of Palmer, and Elwood H. Crawford, son of George Crawford of Brownsville, were united in marriage Saturday, Feb. 1, in St. Wendelin's R.C. Church, Cleveland, Ohio.Rev. G. Kraynik officiated at the 10 a.m. ceremony before an altar setting of white mums against a background of ferns.The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor-length gown of white winter satin, fashioned with bodice of white lace, round neckline, long sleeves tapered at the wrist and full skirt with embroidered lace panels. Her fingertip veil of silk illusion was attached to a crown of crystals and she carried a cascade of gardenias and steph-anotis.Loretta Frimel was maid of honor and was attired in a floor-length gown of dark blue satin Bridesmaids were Gayle Cher-nosky, Georgann McHugh and Jeanne Frimel. all of Cleveland. Ohio, and wore gowns of light blue satin. All the attendants wore carnation headpieces with veils in shades matching their dresses and they carried cascades of blue-tinted carnations.John Frimel Jr. was best man. Ushering were Joseph Frimel, Charles Frimel and Dan Fridley.For her daughter’s wedding Mrs. Frimel chose a royal blue crepe dress with matching accessories.Supplementing the ceremony a reception for 4.50 guests was held in St. Wendelin’s hall.
