Francis Wilson, pastor of the Trinity Baptist Church, officiating the double ring ceremony. jParents of the coupie are Mrs. Betty J. Lee and the late j Obie Lee Jr. of 2712-29th Street and Mr. and Mrs. CharlieJames Smith of Brownfield.Gayla Gregg, organist, accompanied the soloist, Ann Ford, as she sang the traditional wedding selections.Given in marriage by her uncle, Herbert Gerwin, the bride wore a street length dress ofwhite peau de soie, A-line in design and featured long bell sleeves of Alencon lace trimmed in scallops. The neckline was accented by the use of lace and seed pearls.Flowers and pearls adorned her ballerina length veil of nylon tulle. She carried a bouquet of feathered carnations and gardenias.Mrs. Linda Devitt of Brownfield served as matron of honor and she wore a yellow linen empire dress featuring a self-stylebow. She carried a single longstem carnation.tarry Devitt served as best man. Scott Lee was the candle-lkrhter and Bob Durham of Lock-ney and Ronnia Mrsn ot Brownfield served as the ushers. Reception followed in the Fellowship Hall of the church.
