My Marriage Vows Read' Miss Rose Barthel, daughterof Mr. and Mrs. William1 Barthel, Muscotah, and JohnSmith, son of Mr. and Mrs. 0 Harvey Smith, Kansas City,Mo., were united in marriage ^ Sunday, March 23, 2 p.m., atthe Muscotah United church, e The Rev. Paul Osbornit officiated at the double ring ceremony. Mike Postma lighted the candles.0t Dee Ann Oswald and Donh Smith were soloists and wereaccompanied on the organ by e Miss Emma Higley.■* Escorted by her father, andd given in marriage by herparents, the bride wore a floor e length gown of white satin L that featured lace sleeves and I* inserts. Her elbow length veil was secured with a matching e headpiece of lace. She carried l- a bouquet of yellow sweetheart 9 roses and baby's breath.n Miss Vicki Bodenhausen was maid of honor. Serving as bridesmaid was Miss Dixie e Smith, sister of the n bridegroom. They wore identical gowns of yellowpolyester accented with white lace aprons and carried long e stemmed yellow roses.
