The double ring ceremony was per-, formed at the Methodist parsonage, I Smallwood, by the Rev. F. Bailey Phelps. They were attended by members of immediate fnmilv. The bride wore an aqua gabardine suit j with black accessories and a corsage of pink rosebuds. After the I ceremony, the couple left for a short j wedding trip. Upon their return they will reside at the home of the I bride’s parents. The bride was graduated from Westminster High school in 1945 and is employed by the Carroll Mfg. Company.' Westminster. The bridegroom served in the lT. S Army and is employed by ■Joseph S Finch Companv, Cedar-l hurst, Md.
