F. A. M. attended the fellowship meeting held at Manchester Thursday evening of last week.Horace Barger is moving from the Mrs. Geo. Tucker residence in the southwest part of town, to near Lament to assist Arthur Taleott with his farm work.Mrs. Blankholem and son of Minneapolis and Miss Hattie Whittle of St. Paul, came Friday evening for a visit with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Whittle..Carl Glass left Thursday morning for Geyser, Montana, He has been spending the winter with his mother, Mrs. Mary Glass, and has been enjoying his visit with relatives and friends. 1Mr. and Mrs. II. P. Moser and Airs. J. P. Preston and Louis spent Sunday with their children, Miss Vera Moser and Miss'Joyce Preston and James Preston, who are attending T. S. T. Bertha Allen became the bride of Oscar Davis. The Rev. T. J. Elwick, officiated. Both Mrs. Allen and Air. Davis arc well known here and have a host of friends who extend, congratulations and best wishes.Aliss Florence Ellen Tracy and Mr. Willoughby AlacTaggart were united in marriage Friday morning. The ceremony took place at the Congregational pnrsosnge with the Rev. Lewis Trover officiating. The couple was unattended. Miss Tracy, who isa daughter of Mrs. Alary Tracy, is a graduate of the Strawberry 'Point high school. She is a capable young lady, and without doubt will make an ideal helpmate for her chosen companion. Air. AlacTaggart is the eldest son of Atr. an Airs. Duncan Mac-Taggart. The newly weds will make their home one a farm two and a half miles northwest of town.Friends liere of Miss Eva Jewel and Air. Claire Meyer have recently learned of their'marriage which took place in Chicago Feb, 22, 1933. They were attended hv Air. and Airs. Herbert Aleyer of Chicago, AH. Meyer being a brother of the groom. Aliss Jewell is a daughter of Air. and Airs. Jack Jewell of this place. Air. Meyer is a son of Airs. Marvin Snyder, he graduated in 1028 from the Strawberry Point high school and last year was manager of tho- Alid-Con-tinent oil station. Mr. and Airs.
