Concepcion Chavira de Trinidad, whose residence in unknown, to be and appear before the next regular term of the District Court of Medina County. Texas, to he holden at the Court House thereof, in the town of Hondo, on the 11th Monday after the first Monday in February, 1926 the same being the 20th day of April, 1925. then and there to answer a petition filed in said court on the 19th •lay of March, 1925, in a suit numbered on the docket of said Court No. 2059, wherein .lose Trinidad is plaintiff and Concept*! n Chavira de Trinidad is defendant, said petition alleging that plaintiff is and has been continuously for more than one year next preceding the filing of this suit an actual bona fide inhabitant of the State of Texas, and has resided in Medina County for at least six months next preceding the filing of this suit; that on or about the 8th day of January. 1910, the plaintiff was lawfully married to defendant then a single woman by the name of Concepcion Chavira, in Medina County, Texas; that after said marriage the plaintiff ana defendant continued to live together as husband and wife for one-year when defendant deserted and abandoned plaintiff with the fixed intention of permanently abandoning him, and that she did then and there permanently abandon plaintiff. since which time they have never lived together as husband and wile. lhat during the time plaintiff and defendant lived together as aforesaid he was always kind and affectionate towards defendant and always provided well for her support and maintenance and that said desertion an«l abandonment was deliberate and was without justification or cause. That said marriage relations continue to exist.
