Janet Lea Belt, R. J. Move are wedMiss Janet Lea Belt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Belt, Harrisburg, and R. J. Moye, son of Mr. and Mrs. Raphael Moye, Ridgway, were united in marriage at the North Williford Baptist Church, Harrisburg, Friday, Dec. 27, 1974, at 6 p. m. The Rev. Kenneth Roberts, pastor of the church, performed the double ring ceremony. The altar was beautifully decorated with two fifteen-candlelightspiral candelabrum, unity candelabrum and two baskets ofwhite gladioli tinted blue with large bows of blue and royal blue.Jesse Raymer played prenuptial music and Debbie VanHoy sang, “Time In A Bottle” before the ceremony, “The lord’s Prayer” while the couple knelt at the altar before the unity service and “Annie’s Song” after the ceremony was completed. After the ceremony theceremony bridegroom presented a single rose to the bride’s mother and thebride presented a single rose to the bridegroom’s mother.The bride was escorted downthe aisle by her father and given in marriage by her father and mother. The bridal gown was designed by the bride and Mrs. Janice Palmer of Galatia. Mrs.Palmer made the gown of nylon Quiana. The gown was of empire style, fitted sleeves with ruffles at the wrists, chapel length train trimmed in embroidered Frenchlace, and the elbow length veil of silk illusion was attached to a crown of heavy French lace accented to match the Frenchlace on the gown.
