Miss Shaion Horst, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Horst of 7(H) Indian Wells Road,became the bride of Ted Harrington in an evening ceremony Saturday. March 19. at the hirst Baptist Church. Rev. Eugene W hitlow ofticiated at the double-ring ceremony. I he groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Harrington of 1208 Indiana Avenue.The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her full-length wedding gown featured a white lace bodice with pointed waistline and sleeves. I iers of net formed the full skirt of the gown. A crown of seed pearls held her fingertip veil, and she carried a bouquet of white orchids and hyacinths.For something old. the bride wore a pearl necklace belonging to her mother; something new was her bridal veil. Her wedding gown was borrowed from Mrs Aubrey Dunn, and she wore a blue garter to complete the traditional ensemble. In her bridal slipper she worean Indian head penny given to her for luck by Mr: Harrington.i Maid of honor Miss Bonnie Webb wore an aqua net ballerina length dress with white accessories, and she carried a bouquet of yellow carnations.Miss Elaine Brown was bridesmaid and was attired in an i e o blue net ballerina length dress with white accessories. Her bouquet was of pink carnations.Flower girl was five year-oldCarol Webb who wore a pink full length dress with matching h a I and white accessories.Best man was B Daugherty, and Kent Anderson was usher.The mother of the bride wore a champagne embroidered dress with cocoa accessories and a cor sage of green carnations. Thegroom's mother was attired in awhite suit with black accessories. She wore a pink carnation corsage.Immediately following the ceremony. a reception was hold at the Mountain Park Steak Mouse. MrsTinker Casey presided at the guestbook.For going away, the bride wore a black knitted suit with white accessories and the white orchid from her bridal bouquet.
