Lone Rock: Julian, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Cherland, and Ela Mae, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mra. John Jacobsen, Cylinder, were married Sunday at 12:30 In the Lutheran parsonage at Cylinder, the Rev. A. K. Gaard officiating, The Single ring ceremony was used. Artle, Cherland, sister of the bridegroom and Elmer Krause of Fenton, were their attendants. The bride was attired in a navy blue dress trimmed in dusty rose and carried a bouquet of roses. Her attendant wore a corsage of sweet peas and snap dragons. A wedding dinner was served at the Kermore hotel In Emmetsburg, $0 members of the immediate fam ilies attending. They will be at home in a newly- erected tenant house on the J. T. Cherland farm. HATS “UP” Although a number of hats were blown off by the wind at the inter section of Union and Main streets at Dyeraville, they were all retriev ed, until John Freyman's hat really “went places.” It landed on the roof of a nearby store.
