Miss l,(HS POOLL HHIIIK Of LT. BEATTYOn Saturday. March 13. at 7 o'clock in the chapel of the Marine Post in Quantico, Va., Miss IjoLs Eloise Poole of Texline, became the bride of Lt. Carrol Uhner Beatty of Clayton. Col. M M Leonard. Chaplain, read the ceremony.Tht bride was attractively attired in a dressmaker suit of navy blue with a white lace blouse and wore an orchid corsage. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs W A Poole of Texline She has been teaching in the Clayton high school for the past two years. Mrs Beatty is a graduate of West Texas State College.Lt. Beatty is the son of Mr. and Mrs Fred H. Beatty of Clayton, and is a graduate of the local schools and the University of New Mexico at Albuquerque.They will live in Quantico, where Lt. Beatty has ten weeks of post graduate work to do.
