Charlie Pemberton is Greenville’s ‘Football Expert of the Week,” said a panel of judges today as they named him the ee of the Banner’s second big weekly foot ball contest. Mr. Pemberton, 3910 Johnson, will receive $10 in cash or mer chandise for his accuracy in pick ing the week’s grid winners. Second place winner in the con test was James D. Jones, 3810 Lockwell, who will receive $5 in cash or merchandise. _ Seven additional prizes of $1 each go to Davis E. McDonald, 3403 Gordon; Suzzanne Townes, 1709 leste; Sue Pemberton, 4401 Stuart; Bertis Reiser, 3520 Templeton; Jimmy Brown, 212 Wellington, and Fred W. Powers, 4703 Wesley. The winners receive ‘Pigskin Cur rency” which may be redee at any of the participating mer chants for cash or merchandise. The football contest entry blank will appear in the Banner each Tuesday.
