That Diamond Pin. Lieutenant John McGuffin, of the Sixth District police, has been reinstated. It will be remembered that he was suspended from duty one day last week. This officer appears to be unfortunate of late. He was the successful contestant last winter for a diamond cross pin, which was voted off at a fair held in aid of St. Augustine’s Church. The pin was valued at several hundred dollars.
