(Special to The Post-Register) UCON, May 17. — Students will present the program at the annual Ucon high school commencement exercises next Thursday at 8:15 p. m. when 34 seniors are scheduled to receive their diplomas at the high school auditorium. Four honor students, Loren Webb, May Messervy, Glen Larsen and Raymond Hill, will give short talks. The remainder of the pro gram includes processional, Mar garet Jenkins; invocation, Dorothy Heuer; song, “Thank God for a Garden,” by students; piano solo, “Clair de Lune,” Arlene Clayton, class key, Wanda Johnson; presen tation of graduates, Supt. Karl W. Devenport; awarding of diplomas, Todd W. Andrus, school board chairman; presentation of awards, faculty; presentation of class gift, Donald Hill; song, “O Entrancing Night,” Wanda Johnson, May Mes servy and Yvonne Stucki; benedic tion, Richard Miskin, and reces sional, Margaret eJnkins. The baccalaureate services are scheduled for Sunday, May 18, at 8:15 p. m. at the Acon LDS chapel. Joseph Catmull, Ricks college pro fessor, will give the address. Senior class officers are Donald Hill, president; anda Johnson, vice president; Elaine Bird, secre tary-treasurer; Leahbeth Seedall and Ray Stucki, recreation leaders; William H. Hill, class advisor.
