A petition for the dissolution of the Joe Lung Cafe trust was filed in 126th District Court Friday by Arthur Lung of 2009 Willow Street. The suit asks that a receiver be named by the court to take charge of the $210,000 trust which includes the Joe Lung Cafe, listed at $15,000, and Lungs Chinese Kitchen, listed at $25,000. It asks further that the court appoint commissioners to collect the assets of the trust and distribute them among the six bene ficiaries. Arthur Lung, in the suit, alleges that Sam Lung, the trustee for the trust, has refused to make an ac counting of the trusts funds and property. The suit says that in the last 10 years Sam Lung has collect ed and disposed of $1,100,000. It alleges that Sam Lung says the trust has only a few thousand dol lars in Austin banks now, but won't disclose the amount. An independent audit by the court is asked in the suit and a re straining order or injunction to prevent any transfer of funds be fore the audit can be completed. In addition to Sam Lung, other defendants named in the suit are Lula P. Lung of 1605 Canterbury Street, Jimmie Joe Lung of 4528 Duval Street, John Lung of Wal den's Tourist Court, 4811 San An tonio Highway and Charlie Lung of 1208 Willow Street. All are listed as beneficiaries of the trust.
