TAKE OVER RANCH SALT LAKE CITY~The Lat ter-Day Saints (Mormon) church will take over its recently-pur chased 80,000-acre Kirkaldy ranch near Raymond, Alberta, Canada on September 1. Joseph L. Wirthlin, first counselor in the church pre siding bishopric, made this an nouncement upon his return from an inspection of the property.
