MISSIONARY SOCIETY The Woman's Missionary society held its first meeting of the new year at the parsonage, with Mrs. J. H. Lotspeich and Mrs. W. R. Keesling as joint hostesses. Lotspeich, has conducted an interesting study of “Out of Aldersgate.” at the church during the past week. There was good attendance, M'DOWELL CHARGE The Rev. James H. Lotspeich, pastor, will hold services Sunday at Worth Methodist church at 11 a.m. and at Gilliam at 7 p. m. Mrs. Lotspeich will sing. Lots peich on January 12, 1938. They will live at Ashland. HOME ROOM MOTHERS MEET The Home Room Mothers and teachers of the McDowell school attended a special meeting at the Methodist church Tuesday evening. AUXILIARY MEETS The Ladies’ auxiliary of the Grace Episcopal church met at the home of Mrs. Paul Derbyshire with Mrs. Hornby Norris as joint hostess Thursday afternoon at 2:30.
