A Bensalem Township rubbish collector, Nicholas Saranzak, yes terday failed to get a review of the Pennsylvania Labor Rela tions Board’s decision ordering him to pay back wages to three employes who said they were fired for union activity. Bucks County President Judge Edward G. Biester dismissed the petition of Nicholas Saranzak, for the review and granted the plea of the Labor Board to enforce its order. The Board had ordered Saran zak to refrain from interfering with the rights of three em ployes, discriminating to discour age union membership and re fusing to bargain collectively with them. The men were ordered rein stated with back pay for any period of unemployment result ing from their suspension. They are Arnold H. Roebuck, Harry Johnson and Jack Bussey. The men had joined Local 343, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, AFL-CIO.
